My Login Information Isn't Working...

I'm trying to access electronic materials from off campus, but it says that my username and password are not correct.


Answer

When accessing subscription resources from off-campus (such as an ebook, journal article, or database), you will be prompted to log in via our proxy service. Use your College email username and password to log in to this account. 

If you entered the correct username and password, but got a message saying that the username or password was incorrect, check to make sure that you did NOT include the "@hsc.edu" in your username. 

If you are continuing to have problems, please contact a librarian (email us at reference@hsc.edu) or fill out the "Report a Problem" form. (Make sure to include your name and contact information in the form, so that we can get back to you with a solution!)
